ensure that Customer's and Samama's expectations are met. Quality is measured in many
different ways at Samama as there is way to gauge performance in today's complecates
environment. The Quality mission is mandated directly from the Chairman and is
disseminated to each and every member of the Samama team. Every single staff member has
full access to the quality policies and procedures, the Total Quality Management (TQM)
program and the associated reporting systems....Internal training and career enhancements
are not only available in Samama, they are mandated. Every single employee in the company
is required to undergo some form of training each and every year. In addition to the
internal programs there are specialty programs, manufacturer's specific programs and
personnel regularly attend seminars and conferences around the world. This enables Samama
to stay abreast of all of the latest technologies, ideas and the monitoring of work in
today's increasingly complex world.
...The Quality Assurance Control department is in
place to ensure that all policies and procedures are being utilized and that they are up
to date. The QA/QC team are also important members of the TQM team.
